How Pick’em Works
Participants predict the outcomes of various stages of the championship, starting with the Play-In Stage, running from September 18 to September 25. The Swiss Stage and Knockout Stage follow, with players having the chance to earn points for correct predictions. For extra competition, players can gauge their success against celebrity leaderboards or create custom leaderboards to compete with friends.
Rewards for Participation
The Pick’em challenge offers a range of rewards, including emotes and capsules, based on participation and performance. For instance:
- Participation rewards include in-game emotes and Esports 2024 Capsules for making predictions at each stage.
- Perfect Picks will earn all seven Ultimate Skins, while players ranking in the top 5% globally can earn bonus capsules and event tokens.
Crystal Ball Predictions
New this year is the expanded Crystal Ball feature, where players can predict specific outcomes for even more rewards. This feature challenges players to anticipate tournament developments, like which team will remain undefeated in the Swiss Stage or which teams will advance to the Knockouts.
