It took Haaland only 36 minutes of his Premier League career to get going, scoring twice on his City league debut in a 2-0 win over West Ham. He then smashed the single-season goal record, hitting 36 goals in 35 league games in 2022/23 as City marched to a historic Treble.
Golden Boot winner again in year two
In his second Premier League campaign, Haaland struck 27 goals in 31 matches. That haul was enough to see off every other top-flight striker and land him a second consecutive Golden Boot.
Injuries can’t stop his scoring pace
Even with injuries affecting his 2024/25 season, Haaland still managed 22 goals in 31 league appearances. This term he is already on 15, with his opener in the 4-3 win at Fulham taking him to the 100-goal milestone.
